With over a decade in welding and metalwork, Reid brings hands-on expertise and certified skills in GMAW, FCAW, and aluminum welding. He manages inventory, oversees safety standards, and guides the team through daily challenges. Reid’s practical approach keeps jobs running smoothly and ensures every project meets strict specifications.
